Now, you have to reconfigure the device once again. 

How can you change the Device Password?

The change of the router or the modem password only takes place when the password is already known to everybody. In some exceptional cases, you might also forget it. So, open the router or the modem management page with the help of the 192.168.16.1 IP address.
